Our project is to added closet in the attic area. We hired architect and structural engineer to make some changes to roof support and floor to support the walkin closet. While we were thinking about additng closet but were not sure where and how to add in our attic. Frank and his crew came to our house everytime I called him. Finally we made the decision and asked Frank to get this done. It was required to coordinate with architect at every stage of the project. Frank did all this. The project schedule, help us on meterial. He even corrected our selection to better product while he was at the shop to pick up our order. Once the project started it was done on time by the project plan. They have done an amazing job of Adding additional beam to support the floor Modify roof support Modify hvac Add electricals. Framing for the flooring And finally the room doen, paint and finished. Awesome job!!! Nothing is too small or too complex for this company. Great cpmany, great crew and Frank.

Frank and his crew arrived on-time every day and cleaned up perfectly at the end of each day. Frank’s communication is really what set him apart the most. We chatted on a daily basis about various aspects of the project. He had some great ideas that we could use and one of them made all the difference in the world for our kitchen. My wife and I would use him again in a heartbeat and we’ve already referred him to several of our friends.

I live in a house built in 1948 in Lakewood and the bathrooms were in need of updating. I was lucky to find Frank Bonilla and his crew and I hired them to do the work which was extensive. They essentially had to take the bathrooms down to the studs and completely rebuild the walls, plumbing and floors. It was a very involved job but Frank and his team got it done. Frank is very easy to work with and his team couldn’t be nicer and more considerate. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
